ThinkPartners Advisory was born from the success of Priorclave North America, where our founding team helped a UK manufacturer enter, build, and grow a lasting North American business. Today, our mission is to help UK manufacturers navigate US market entry with the same clarity, confidence, and results.

Caroline Collings-Wood

Experienced board-level leader specialized in technical B2B growth through strategic scaling, acquisition, and leadership development.

Caroline Collings-Wood is an experienced Non-Executive Director, business coach, and ILM-qualified executive mentor with a strong track record in scaling businesses and driving strategic growth. Beginning her career as a CIMA-qualified accountant at Sea Containers, she went on to hold interim FD and MD roles, working on high-stakes projects including OFT/MMC inquiries, MBOs, and acquisitions valued up to £107M.

As CEO of an award-winning advisory group for over two decades, she specialized in executive development, leadership training, and growth consulting—supporting both corporates and SMEs. Her work spans business recovery, sales, acquisitions, and international expansion.

As a Scale-Up Director with Innovate UK, she supported a portfolio of disruptive tech businesses through strategic evaluation, IP protection, and commercial scaling. Most recently, she served as COO of a growing life sciences PLC, overseeing 16 businesses with a focus on organic growth, acquisition integration, and U.S. market entry.

Barbra Wells

Barbra Wells is a dynamic, engaging force and collaborative leader. She specializes in go-to-market strategy, international business development, and scaling growth for technical and scientific companies. As former CEO of Priorclave North America, Inc, she developed and led the successful U.S. expansion of a UK-based laboratory equipment manufacturer — transforming a niche offering into a trusted brand across North America and developing a network structure that built ongoing residual revenue. She has an exceptional reputation of finding solutions to operational challenges.

Early in her career, Barbra worked for the Chairman of the U.S. House Science, Space, and Technology Committee where she researched sustainability issues and contributed to the development of federal regulations. She established and sold an award-winning environmental consulting company and went on to assist other public and private companies in achieving their goals for growth. She has negotiated major contracts with Fortune 100 companies including Alphabet, Ford Motor Company, Johnson & Johnson, McKesson, and Unilever. She’s also built strategic alliances with hundreds of other corporate and public partners, from BD and Corning to the USDA and University of California.

Barbra holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Michigan, a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the University of Toledo and is a Certified Executive Coach (IACET).

Bernie Youngblood is a seasoned sales and marketing executive, entrepreneur, and cross-border business strategist with over 30 years of experience launching technical products in North America. His career spans life sciences, digital infrastructure, and food technology, with a focus on turning complex innovations into high-impact market successes.

Starting in finance—where he helped restructure a $7M healthcare organization—Bernie quickly transitioned into sales and marketing, eventually founding and leading companies to bring international products to U.S. markets. Notably, as Founder of Priorclave North America, Inc, he secured exclusive rights to a UK-manufactured laboratory product line, rewrote portions of the U.S. tariff code (HSCC 8419.20.00.20), and redefined industry categorization standards—efforts that reshaped the competitive landscape and earned him status as a subject matter expert.

Bernie has advised on everything from compliance and distributor strategy to brand positioning for Fortune 500 clients and emerging ventures alike. As part of ThinkPartners Advisory, he helps mission-aligned businesses build and execute U.S. market entry strategies with precision and purpose.
